My name is Maria Lopez, and I started DuolingoHelp.com because I know how frustrating language learning can be when you're stuck. When I first began using Duolingo, I ran into all sorts of problems—confusing features, unexpected errors, and a lack of clear guidance. I didn’t want others to struggle the way I did, so I built a place where learners can find straightforward guides and real solutions to their Duolingo questions. I studied at the University of Pennsylvania and worked in the tech and auto industries, but languages have always been my passion. Now, I focus on writing Duolingo Guides and FAQs & Fixes to make sure learners have everything they need to succeed. Language learning should be fun, not frustrating. That’s why I also stay active on social media, answering questions and sharing tips with a growing community of learners. When I’m not working on the site, you’ll probably find me exploring new countries, testing out different cuisines, or picking up another language just for the challenge.
